Smart
Grids
INTRODUCTION
A Smart Grid is a strong community that may fee correctly
combine the behaviour and moves of all users related to it – generators,
purchasers and people that do each – in an effort to make sure economically
green, sustainable electricity device with low losses and high tiers of
excellent and protection of delivering and protection. howtoincreasedomainauthority
Standardization request M/490 on Smart Grids
The CEN-CENELEC-ETSI Smart Energy Grid Coordination Group
(CG-SEG) is the point of interest and maintain to cooperate with EC (DG ENERGY)
Smart Grids Task Force (EC SGTF) that include Experts Groups:
Expert Group 1 – Smart grid standards
Expert Group 2 – Regulatory recommendations for privateness,
information safety and cyber-protection in the clever grid environment
Expert Group three – Regulatory tips for smart grid
deployment
Expert Group 4 – Smart grid infrastructure deployment
Expert Group five – Implementation of clever grid commercial
policy
OUR ROLE & ACTIVITIES
Our Smart Machine-to-Machine communications Technical
Committee (TC SmartM2M) actively supports the oneM2M global initiative,
specifically with regards to European Commission (EC) driven sports, bridging
the EC’s wishes in the M2M/IoT place and the technical work in oneM2M and
different ETSI sports.
TC SmartM2M attention is on a utility-impartial ‘horizontal’
service platform with architecture capable of helping a totally wide variety of
services which includes Smart Metering, Smart Grids, eHealth, Smart Cities,
client programs, automobile automation, Smart Applications (SAREF).
Initially, Smart Appliances have been specific on request of
EC DG Connect. The Smart Appliances specs were based on the oneM2M
communication framework (TS 103 267) complemented with Smart Appliance
REFerence (this is now Smart Applications REFerence, SAREF v3 TS 103 264)
ontology. SAREF work has contributed to the principles of the base ontology of
oneM2M Release 2.
TC SmartM2M advanced "SAREF ontology and oneM2M Mapping
requirements" and Smart Appliance testing requirements. For SAREF
extension research in the power area (TS 103 410-1), direct inputs from EEBus
and Energy@home were protected in TC SmartM2M trends wherein Energy,
Environment and Building sectors were part of the first SAREF normative
paintings. Then more SAREF extensions were developed for Smart City, Industry
and Manufacturing, Smart Agri-Food, Automotive, eHealth and Ageing-Well
Wearables and Smart Water. SAREF for Smart Lift is under creation.
SAREF is diagnosed as the key enabler of IoT Semantic
Interoperability with a growing set of enabling posted requirements (find
standards in seek ETSI standards with the keyword SAREF).
CG-SEG lead and different ETSI Groups worried in Smart
Grids
In the start, ETSI Smart Machine-to-Machine communications
Technical Committee (TC SmartM2M) has been the lead ETSI Technical Body/TB for
the coordination of ETSI's responses to the EC standardization request on Smart
Grids (M/490). This lead role has been passed over to Technical Committee for
Access, Terminals, Transmission and Multiplexing (ATTM) this is now the
principle ETSI access point of ETSI participation in CEN/CENELEC/ETSI Smart
Energy Grid Coordination Group (CG-SEG) with different ETSI TBs that indicated
their hobby to participate in CG-SEG (TC ATTM, TC SmartM2M, ISG OEU, TC EE, TC
CYBER).
Testing
languages
INTRODUCTION
ETSI take a look at specifications are as a rule developed
consistent with the properly-tested method described in ISO/IEC 9646. The
method recommends that the test specifications encompass Test Purposes, Test
Descriptions and Test Cases.
Test Purposes (TP) provide a smooth-to-examine
self-contained description of each take a look at, concentrating on what's to
be tested in place of how the actual take a look at may be completed. They are
derived from the relevant base requirements and are developed, drastically
mentioned and accredited in a standardization group.
Test Descriptions (TD) offer an in-depth specification of
the manner they take a look at want to be finished. They are developed by means
of checking out specialists and authorised in a standardization group.
Test Cases are written in a programing language that is
devoted to testing. Test cases are evolved via testing experts, confirmed to
work nicely and then formally approved through a standardization institution.
OUR ROLE & ACTIVITIES
The take a look at specs are written the usage of the
languages which are standardized by ETSI TC MTS for that purpose.
Test Description Language (TDL)
TDL can be used both to specify the Test functions and Test
Descriptions. For all information on TDL, please study a dedicated internet
website online tdl.Etsi.Org/. On the website, you may find a TDL webinar, the
TDL tutorials and will find out the TDL Open Source undertaking (TOP).
Testing and Test Control Notation Version three
(TTCN-three)
TTCN-3 is used to put in writing Test Cases that form ETSI
Test Suites. For all statistics on TTCN-3, please examine www.Ttcn-3.Org. The
devoted ttcn-3 web site will provide you with updated facts on the language
itself in addition to how and in which it's far being used.
