The tech industry is one of the big culprits for mountains of e-waste and devices that are extremely difficult to recycle. There is no doubt that there is a serious sustainability problem lifebloombeauty
HP is one of the
companies that fights so that this is not the case, for example with the latest
update of its Pavilion range with which it has manufactured the first Windows
computers made with recycled plastics and taken from the ocean.
You can choose
between three models, as the company has decided to update its 13 ”, 14” and 15
”HP Pavilion laptops that we have been seeing for generations. But this is
not the only novelty of the latest models futuretechexpert.
Thus, the range has
introduced the new Tiger Lake chipsets , thus joining
Samsung and Acer in having the latest Intel processors. The laptops also
come with Intel's Xe integrated graphics, described as a "big
upgrade" from last year's Gen11.
In addition to using sustainably
sourced materials, the other big design change for the new generation is a new
range of colors. There are eight designs to choose from, such as Forest
Teal (green), Serene Pink (pink) or Fog Blue (blue) naturalbeautytrends.
The Pavilion 15 and 15 come with an HD (1366x768) or Full-HD (1080p) touchscreen, although we would recommend choosing the second option. The Pavilion 13 offers a screen to choose between 1080p or 4K. These have a very thin bezel around them techsmartinfo.
HP claims that the
Pavilion 13 offers 8.5 hours of use on a single charge, while the 14 "and
15" models offer an extra 15 minutes of battery life. We do not know
the specifications for now, but these figures are somewhat disappointing. At
least fast charging gives you 50% battery in 30 minutes.
The Pavilion series
has always been cheaper than the HP Envy , and it looks like it will
continue to do so. For now we do not know the price of the new models, but
they will be between € 400 and € 600. The 13 ”model will arrive in January
2021, while the 14” and 15 ”models will go on sale this November smarttechpros.
